Add a billing & payment method

To enter your payment information on your Sirdata account, follow the steps below:

Steps to follow

  1. Log in to your Sirdata AbConsent account Access your client area via https://account.sirdata.io/

  2. Access your profile Click on your initials at the top right of the screen, then select “Manage my account” from the dropdown menu.

  1. Open the Billing Section In the left menu, click on "Billing" then on "Billing Information"

  1. Enter the billing information

In order to proceed correctly with invoicing, all fields indicated in the form must be completed (company, legal representative, address, postal code, city, country, VAT number, SIREN, etc.).

⚠️ Important: for Freemium accounts, although no payment is charged (as the transaction is carried out through data collection), billing information is required to formalize the data exchange. For this reason, it is mandatory to provide your billing information.

  1. Add a payment method (Premium plans only)

From the Billing Information tab, users with a Premium plan must add a payment method. Two options are available to them.

Option 1 – Credit Card To do so, simply select the Credit Card option and enter the following information:

  • Card number

  • Expiration date

  • Security code (CVC)

Once this information has been entered, click Save to confirm.

Option 2 – SEPA Direct Debit To do so, simply select the SEPA Direct Debit option and enter the following bank details:

  • IBAN

  • Full name of the account holder

Once this information has been entered, click Save to confirm.

Finally, you will need to provide a billing email address in order to receive all invoices related to your Sirdata account activity.
