This regulatory uncertainty shifts the decision of activating the refusal mechanism in the CMP to the publisher. Nevertheless, although this option is not mandatory in Belgium at this stage, we recommend enabling it through the portal in order to anticipate regulatory developments and limit potential risks. You can activate it in the platform > Configurations > Update > Update advanced settings.
