Am I required to provide all billing information?

Yes.

Including in the CMP version funded by data collection, Sirdata generates an invoice. This is not sent to the client, and they have nothing to pay at the end of the month. We need the billing information to generate this invoice, otherwise, the account is suspended after 7 days.
