The Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail. ABconsent is offered in four plans: **Essentials**, free of charge, and three paid plans, **Starter**, **Pro** and **Business**. Each paid plan includes the features of the plan preceding it. The **Enterprise** and **Partners** offers are provided on quotation, under a signed contract. Associations have a free offer: the **Association offer**. This page sums up what sets the plans apart and what they cost. The pages in this section explain each point in detail. Everything here follows the [Terms and Conditions of Sale](https://www.abconsent.com/terms-and-conditions) (the Terms) of 15 October 2026: if in doubt, the Terms prevail. {% hint style="info" %} **Was your account opened before 15 October 2026?** These rules apply to your account from 1 November 2026, or from your acceptance of the Terms if later. Your account is assigned to the plan that Sirdata notified to you by email, and you can change it at any time. If that plan is Business, it is invoiced according to the price grid set out in that email, without the €69 excl. tax minimum, for as long as your account stays on the Business plan and does not move to a plan per site. The former offers (Discovery, Smart, Custom) and the former free licence are replaced by these plans. {% endhint %} ## The unit: the load A **load** is a page, or any other resource, on which the ABconsent tag runs. Loads are counted per calendar month (UTC) and per site. They are used to apply the Starter and Pro caps, and to price the Business plan. With an annual commitment, the price of a paid plan is reduced by 10%. * A support request about Google Consent Mode receives a first response within 1 business day, whatever the plan, where you report using Google advertising or measurement services. * Account opened before 1 November 2026: the plan, its price and its cap apply to the whole account. ## What each plan includes ### Essentials Free of charge, with no cap. It includes all the compliance features of the Service, including Google Consent Mode, with the debug mode, the diagnostic tool and the integration issue alerts. The choice interface also presents to your visitors the **consent requests of Sirdata and its partners**. Each visitor freely accepts or refuses them. They cannot be removed from Essentials, even by an option. Read more: [Essentials or paid plan: what your visitors see](/en/faq/pricing/essentials-or-paid-plan-what-your-visitors-see.md) ### Starter The features of Essentials, without the consent requests of Sirdata and its partners, plus: * **white label**: the choice interface does not display the “powered by Sirdata” mention; * **CSS classes of your sites**: you may add CSS classes of your sites to the elements of the choice interface, so that the styles of your sites apply to them. Those styles are your responsibility: they must neither hide any required information nor make refusing less visible or less easy than accepting. Cap: 25,000 loads per month. ### Pro The features of Starter, plus: * **detailed statistics** on the choices expressed by your visitors: aggregated statistics, without any individual data, that break the choices down by site, by device type and by region (Europe, United States, rest of the world). They also present the traffic composition, that is its breakdown by applicable regulation and by whether the browser accepts cookies or sends a Global Privacy Control signal, and the usable traffic, that is the share of loads on which cookies may be set; * the **choice interface served from a subdomain of your sites**: it is delivered from a subdomain that you dedicate to the Service, which limits its blocking by ad blockers. That subdomain serves only the choice interface and the recording of choices. Set-up: [Consent Domain](/en/advanced-features/consent-domain.md); * **site groups**: a choice expressed, changed or withdrawn by a visitor on one of the sites of a group that you set up applies to the other sites of the group. Before any choice, the choice interface tells the visitor so and lists the sites of the group. A group relies on the choice interface served from a subdomain of your sites, and only brings together sites on the Pro or Business plan. Cap: 250,000 loads per month. {% hint style="info" %} **Site groups: two rules to know.** A choice applies only to the sites listed when it is expressed: do not add a site to a group whose visitors have already made their choice; set up a new group instead. If the sites of the group fall under different controllers, name each of them in the text that the choice interface presents before any choice. {% endhint %} Every plan includes the usage statistics: the choice rates across all your sites and the number of loads of each site. ### Business The features of Pro, without a cap on loads, plus a **dedicated support contact**: a named Sirdata person, introduced when you subscribe to the plan, who follows your support requests. That person can be reached through the same means and at the same hours as support. Sirdata may replace that person in case of absence or departure, and will inform you. You choose this rule when you sign up for Starter or Pro, then you can change it at any time from your account. You are alerted by email at 80%, then at 100% of the cap. The price of the plan subscribed to remains due for the whole month, and the site returns to its plan the following month. The change is immediate, and the month is invoiced pro rata to the days spent in each plan. With an annual commitment, the price is reduced by 10%, and a move to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the commitment period. When several sites are on a paid plan, the most expensive one is invoiced at the full price and the others at half price. Read more: [Several sites: one plan per site](/en/faq/pricing/several-sites-one-plan-per-site.md) ## Invoicing and payment Paid plans are invoiced monthly in arrears, with one line per site. Invoices are payable within 30 days, by bank transfer or direct debit. Read more: [Invoicing and payment](/en/faq/pricing/invoicing-and-payment.md) ## Offered plan (trial) Sirdata may offer you a paid plan for a limited period, in particular as a trial on subscription. It informs you of the plan offered and of the end date of the offer when the offer begins. The offer gives rise to no invoice. At its end, the site moves to the Essentials plan, unless you have subscribed to a paid plan for it by registering a payment method. It includes the features of the Starter plan, hence without the consent requests of Sirdata and its partners, with no cap on loads. It covers the association's account and all its sites, but not sites published by third parties. It is granted at registration: you declare the RNA number of the association, which starts with the letter W, and Sirdata immediately checks, in the latest published version of the register, that this number exists and that the association has not been dissolved. If the check fails, the account is opened on the Essentials plan; you may write to Sirdata if you believe this is an error. An association that is already a client, or that has no RNA number, in particular in Alsace-Moselle, may ask Sirdata for the offer: [contact Sirdata](https://www.sirdata.com/en/ABconsent-Pricing#FContact). The offer can neither be changed nor ended from your account: to end it, for example to subscribe to a paid plan, ask Sirdata. The details are in [Annex 1 of the Terms](https://www.abconsent.com/terms-and-conditions#association-offer). ## Support First response within 4 business days on Essentials and with the Association offer, 3 on Starter and Pro, and 2 on Business, which also includes a dedicated contact. A request about Google Consent Mode receives a first response within 1 business day where you report using Google advertising or measurement services. Support answers Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding public holidays in metropolitan France. They are not governed by the Terms: their content, price and conditions are those of the contract. Enterprise is for organisations that need a signed contract; Partners is for agencies and freelancers who install and manage the CMP of their clients' sites. The English version is a translation: in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. ### What can change * Sirdata may add a feature to a plan at any time. * The removal of a feature from a plan, or its transfer to a more expensive plan, is notified to you at least 30 days before its effective date. You may then change plans or terminate free of charge until that date. * Sirdata may change its prices on 30 days' notice. You may then terminate free of charge until the effective date. * Any change to the Essentials plan applies in the same way to all clients.
