# Audit de conformité

Mesurer la conformité RGPD & ePrivacy d'un site internet quant aux traitements de données à caractère personnel d'internautes le visitant.

### Fonctionnement

Nos experts vont réaliser de nombreux tests sur votre site comme pourrait le faire une autorité de contrôle, à savoir :

* Étudier la validité du consentement au travers d'une trentaine de points de contrôle pour vérifier si le consentement est parfaitement "éclairé", "libre", "spécifique" et "univoque"
* Étudier le comportement des tags et des balises en cas d'absence de choix (absence de consentement)
* Étudier le comportement des tags et des balises en cas de refus

Une fois l'audit terminé, un rapport détaillé vous est communiqué, comprenant :

* Un indice RGPD de 0 à 100
* Un indice ePrivacy de 0 à 100
* Une note sur chaque caractère du consentement (éclairé, libre, spécifique et univoque) de 0 à 100
* Une liste des points contrôlés avec pour chacun d'entre eux le cadre réglementaire
* Une grille de lecture des résultats
* Un bilan des points positifs
* Un bilan des défaillances à corriger
