# Contrôle

La responsabilité de la CMP Sirdata ne peut être engagée que lorsque le choix de l'internaute obtenu par les paramétrages imposés par Sirdata est invalidé.

Dans le cadre de la licence "barter agreement", Sirdata est responsable de traitement. Les paramétrages de la CMP ne doivent en aucun cas être modifiés sans notre accord. Si tel était le cas, notre responsabilité serait caduque.

Dans le cadre de la licence non financée par la collecte de données, Sirdata est sous-traitant. Notre responsabilité est engagée relativement au dispositif de la CMP mis en place afin d'obtenir un choix valide. Néanmoins, à nouveau, l'utilisation de la CMP si celle ci n'est pas accompagnée du respect des règles applicables en matière de protection des données rendra caduque notre responsabilité.

Quelques exemples sans qu'ils ne soient exhaustifs : le non conditionnement des tags sur votre site, le changement des textes d'information, une mauvaise liste de partenaires, l'utilisation d'un cookie wall / paywall etc...
