Retrieving Proof of Consent

In the event of a CNIL audit, how can we retrieve the proof of consent from our users?

Proof of consent constitutes personal data, and handling it requires prior authorization to store it.

Consequently, and in order to respect the privacy and security of internet users, we do not allow the downloading of proof of consent by default.

That being said, we transmit proof of consent motivated by a CNIL audit by sending it directly to them upon simple request.
