# Compliance audit

Measure the GDPR & ePrivacy compliance of your website relatively to the processing of personal data of Internet users visiting it.

### How it works

Our experts will carry out a number of tests on your website as a supervisory authority might do, such as:

* Evaluate the validity of the consent through thirty control points to check if the consent is perfectly "informed", "freely given", "specific" and "unambiguous".
* Evaluate the behavior of tags and beacons in case of lack of choice (absence of consent)
* Evaluate the behavior of tags and beacons in case of refusal

Once the audit is completed, a detailed report is sent, including:

* A GDPR index from 0 to 100
* An ePrivacy index from 0 to 100
* A score for each consent characteristic (informed, freely given, specific and unambiguous) from 0 to 100
* A list of the items checked with the regulatory framework for each of them
* A reading grid of the results
* An assessment of the positive points
* An assessment of the failures to be corrected
